Ursuline Academy uses the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment tool to guide financial aid decisions. The Academy awards aid based on the estimated need as calculated by FACTS and other factors. The Academy typically does not provide 100% of the estimated need and in most cases, significantly less.
When applying for financial aid, please use your current and prior year's tax returns and W2's as you complete the FACTS application. Late applications cannot be considered until the spring.
- For Academic Year 2017-2018, the deadline is January 19, 2017.
(Please note that FACTS requires two weeks from the submission date to make a determination.)
- In order to be considered for need-based assistance, please complete the online application with your 2015 tax returns, schedules and W2's. Submit to FACTS beginning October 24, 2016 and no later than January 19, 2017.
- Families who derive any part of their income from self-employment or receive no W2 forms must also provide copies of their final 2016 tax return.
- Financial aid decisions will be emailed on or about February 10, 2017.
Financial aid questions should be addressed to FACTS Management at 866-441-4637 or to the Ursuline Business Office via email. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted to FACTS by the dates indicated. Admission decisions are made without regard to requests for financial aid.
St. Angela and St. Ursula 7th Grade Scholarships
The St. Angela and St. Ursula Scholarships are merit-based scholarships restricted to students applying to the 7th grade. Scholarships are awarded based on entrance test scores, academic achievement and demonstrated leadership (exact entrance test score and GPA requirements are subject to change based on the candidate pool).
The quantity of qualified candidates determines the number of awarded scholarships each year. There is no scholarship application as all qualified candidates are taken into consideration by the Scholarship Committee. Scholarship recipients are notified shortly after admission notification.
