French Club Dinner
Members of the French Club, along with several Ursuline teachers and
mothers, made their annual outing to sample French cuisine on March 28.
For the third year in a row, the dinner was held at Coriander Bistro in
Sharon. Chef and owner Kevin Crawley was on hand to welcome the girls and
to talk about the dishes on the night's menu and explain how they would be
prepared. Many of the students took advantage of the opportunity to try a
new dish, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. On the menu for
the evening: Duxelle aux Mille Feuille, Salade aux Coeurs des Palmes,
Tarte de Canard, Moules au Pistou, Fillet de Saumon, Coq au Vin, and
Mousse au chocolate. The food and its presentation were superb!
