Welcome
to the Ursuline Academy Health Office. The Health Office
is staffed by a registered nurse and open to students Monday through Friday
between the hours of 8:00
and 3:00. It is located
across from the Main Office in Room 110.
The role
of the school nurse at Ursuline
Academy is to:
- provide assessment
and referral of students for school related injury or illness
- dispense medication
to students as prescribed by a health care provider.
- perform specialized
health care procedures.
- maintain student
health records.
- act as a health
resource for students.
