Facts Tuition Management: Ursuline Academy uses FACTS Tuition Management Company as our accounts receivable platform for tuition and fees. Families have a choice of invoiced tuition payment(s) or automatic deduction plans. FACTS will send tuition-plan sign-up information to registered families in late April, 2012.

Tuition Refund Policy: There are no refunds of deposits or fees paid. A full refund of 2012-13 tuition payments will be made provided the Business Office has received a written withdrawal notice and request for a refund on or before July 2, 2012.
An optional Tuition Insurance Plan is available for $307.65 (2.1% of total tuition). Please see a description of the plan at this link: Tuition Refund Plan. Note that a student must attend for fourteen (14) consecutive days before the plan takes effect.
