Tuition and Fees
Tuition
for the 2010-2011 academic year is $13,000.00. Students must purchase books and uniforms at the current prices. The tuition rate for the academic year 2011-2012 will be announced in February.
Upon
acceptance, a registration fee and a deposit will be required.
The
registration fee and deposit are non-refundable.
The Academy uses FACTS Tuition Management for tuition processing. There
are four tuition payment plans for 2010-2011. They are:
Annually 1 payment: June
Semester 2 payments: June and December
Quarterly 4 payments: June, September, December, and March
Monthly 10 payments: June through March
Tuition Assistance
1)
Tuition assistance is awarded on an annual basis. Forms may be obtained through
the Business Office at 781-326-6161, ext. 115 or applicants may apply online by accessing
www.factstuitionaid.com. Admission decisions are made without
regard to requests
for tuition assistance.
2) Financial aid awards are based on
demonstrated need as determined by FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Service. The
process starts nine months before the academic year begins. Those
applying for the next academic year are asked to complete and submit the FACTS
Grant and Aid Assessment application along with any supporting documentation
during November and December. Please see the Financial Aid Calendar. Late applications may be
considered.

In addition to the service required of all students, financial aid recipients
are expected to perform approximately 10 additional hours within the Serviam Service Program during the
school year within the Ursuline Community. All service requirements are monitored by the Assistant Principal.
4) Financial awards are financed by the income
from endowed scholarships and by gifts
from alumnae and friends. Financial aid is not financed from the tuition paid
by those not receiving aid. The difference between the tuition and the actual cost
of an Ursuline education is subsidized by gifts and donations to the Annual Fund.
