Advancement Staff

The Ursuline Sisters founded the Academy in Boston in 1946, and since its inception, Ursuline Academy has taught young women skills for life and leadership, seeking to nurture their heart, soul, and intellect and instilling within them a spirit of service to others. Ursuline Academy does not receive financial aid from the Archdiocese of Boston or from the government, therefore, the Academy relies on the generosity of our parents, alumnae, parents of alumnae, and friends. The commitment and support of the Ursuline community helps us to achieve our goals for the Academy, and to help ensure that an Ursuline education will continue to be within reach for all qualified applicants who seek it.

The Office of Advancement at Ursuline Academy has the responsibility of not only working to support the current students, but to also to play a pivotal role in nurturing the advancement of the institution for future students. We do so respectful of those who have come before and respectful and supportive of the mission of Ursuline Academy.

Each year, the Office of Advancement also continues its work to strengthen the alumnae community through the website, the publication of Serviam, the Annual Alumnae Reunion, and programs such as Women in Leadership.
