PRE-TRYOUT CONDITIONING SESSIONS AT URSULINE ACADEMY

August 16, 18 & 19 [6-8pm]

Before Tryouts kick-off on August 26, Ursuline will hold three "Conditioning Sessions" at the school to give students (all athletes and non-athletes welcome) an opportunity to jump back into shape for the fall. Coaches will run the sessions and plan to go over stretching and conditioning techniques. There is NO cost for this program, which will be held the evenings of August 16, 18 and 19 from 6-8 pm. Please note that students are NOT required to participate in this program, even if they do plan to try out for a team sport the following week.

Those who attend this program are no more likely to make a team than any other student who attends a tryout. We encourage participants to dress in comfortable shorts and t-shirts, to wear sneakers and to bring a water bottle. NO athletic equipment will be used during these sessions. Students who plan to try-out the following week may bring any medical forms to these sessions to avoid a back-up on the day of the tryout.
