In what has become an Ursuline tradition, parents of the graduating class come together to honor their seniors with a collective gift to the school. This annual campaign gives parents an opportunity to celebrate their daughter’s Ursuline experience by funding a project that will leave behind a meaningful legacy in honor of her graduating class.
The 2013 Senior Parent Gift will support the renovation of the gateway to Ursuline, the front lobby. The lobby is, in many ways, the calling card of the school. It is the point of first impression for college representatives, prospective families and family members of current students attending events at UA. In selecting this project, the Senior Parent Gift Committee also considered the benefit for the maximum number of students. The lobby renovation easily fits this criterion.
There are two goals for this special gift effort: to raise $35,000 to fund the project and to reach 100% parent participation. Every family of the class of 2013 is valued and every gift, no matter the amount, helps demonstrate collective unity in honor of the class. We hope you will be inspired to honor your daughter and the entire class of 2013 with a generous gift. A gift to the Senior Parent Gift is tax deductible and also counts as a contribution to the 2012-2013 Annual Fund.
As an incentive to pledge early, we are offering 4 prime front row seats at Graduation. All pledges or donations that are received before January 18th will be placed in a lottery for the coveted seats! You can make your gift online if you wish.
Just as Ursuline leaves an enduring mark on our daughters, we hope that each of you as parents of seniors will consider giving generously so that we may leave our mark by improving the lobby. Truly, every gift matters. Please give what you can and give early.
