Financial Aid

FACTS Tuition Management Ursuline Academy uses the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment tool to guide financial aid decisions. The Academy awards aid based on the estimated need as calculated by FACTS and other factors. 

When applying for financial aid, please use your current and prior year's tax returns and W2's as you complete the FACTS application. Late applications cannot be considered until the spring.

Procedures for New Students

  • For Academic Year 2022-2023, the deadline is January 15, 2022.
    (Please note that FACTS requires two weeks from the submission date to make a determination.)
  • In order to be considered for need-based assistance, please complete the online application with your 2020 tax returns, schedules and 2021 W2's. Submit to FACTS beginning in October and no later than January 15, 2022.
  • Families who derive any part of their income from self-employment or receive no W2 forms must also provide copies of their final 2020 tax return.
  • Financial aid decisions will be emailed on March 5, 2022.

Financial aid questions should be addressed to FACTS Management at 866-441-4637 or to the Ursuline Business Office via email. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted to FACTS by the dates indicated. Admission decisions are made without regard to requests for financial aid.
