On Tuesday, October 8, 2019, there will be a speaker event in the Auditorium from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. We will need: Rolling black panels 60 - chairs 1 - hi bar chair (from the Library) 1 - hi top table 1 - 8' table 2 cases of water (from the garage) Does Facilities have a platform or low riser that the speaker, along with table and chair could be on so that she would be elevated a bit above the Audience?
