Life on Lowder Street Student Security Cards Accepted Students Reception Choral Group Wins Silver Medal at MICCA In their second time participating in MICCA - Massachusetts Instrumental and Choral Conductors Association, the UA Choral Group again received a silver medal, indicating excellent performance. Over 102 choirs participated in the statewide music competition where they were asked to perform three pieces and then adjudicated using a set of rubrics. Choirs receive comments from the three adjudicators and also a 20 minute clinic following their performance by one of the adjudicators. UA had a very helpful clinic from Dr. Alison Mann, professor of Choral Music education at Kennesaw State University. Congratulations to Mrs. Glancy and our dedicated and talented choral group.
