Reminders on Driving Safety

Parents, please remind your daughters to practice safe driving in the neighborhoods around Ursuline Academy! All student drivers need to obey speed limits and be alert for pedestrians, particularly children as they are getting on a school bus. If you come upon a school bus with flashing red lights, you must stop. Yellow flashing lights mean the bus is preparing to stop, and you should also prepare to stop.

This week we will conduct a test of the notification system used in case of campus emergencies or weather-related closings. On Tuesday, Oct. 30 at approximately 7 p.m., you will receive a voice mail, text message, and email on all of the devices on file with the school. Please make sure that your information is up to date with the main office. If you do not receive the test message on Tuesday, please send an email to administration@ursulineacademy.net noting the phone numbers or email addresses to be added or changed.
