January 31, 2020 From the President and Principal The pinnacle of our Catholic Schools Week celebrations at Ursuline is the feast of our foundress, St. Angela Merici, and the Junior Ring Ceremony. Just as St. Angela assembled together the founding twenty-eight members of her Ursuline order in 1535, so too, did her spirit draw together the seventy-six members of our remarkable junior class as they received their rings and medals on Thursday. During this ceremony of unity, the juniors followed in the footsteps of St. Angela's call to live a life of service, and joined both of us in a legacy of alumnae in the Ursuline family, nearly 500 years strong. What a marvel for the entire school to witness this celebratory moment of togetherness and joy! As Ursuline alumnae ourselves, we are blessed to be a part of your daughters' lives and to see them continue to bring the spirit of St. Angela into our community and out into the world.

Mrs. Phillips uses Spanish regularly in her work as an orthodontist assistant, and she encouraged Ursuline students to continue to develop fluency in the Spanish language for their future professional lives.
