May 1, 2020 From the President and Principal Small in number but mighty in deed, the Ursuline Order claims three women who have been elevated to sainthood. Among them is Saint Marie of the Incarnation, a French Ursuline missionary who traveled to Canada and founded the first school for girls in the New World. Marie was a woman of extraordinary faith who navigated war, fire, plague and famine to sustain her community, most especially her students, whom she lovingly cared for and taught over thirty years until her death on April 30,1672.

Personal Belongings in Student Lockers Gov. Baker's closure of all school buildings for the remainder of the year has raised questions from students regarding the collection of their personal items in lockers at Ursuline. We have put in place an internal system where student items in lockers will be gathered carefully next week and labeled for individual pick up the following week. This process allows both for the UA buildings to remain sanitized and students to have access to their personal items for the summer. Look for more information to be forthcoming about specific pick up directions by class. Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation with this process! Any questions may be directed to Ms. Mayo or Ms. Henken.
AP Exam Information AP course teachers have received resources from the College Board about final preparation for the at-home exams, which begin the week of May 12, and will be distributing this information directly to their students. The information includes how the girls will obtain their test tickets, how they will access each test, and even suggestions on maximizing bandwidth for test taking in their houses. Virtual Festival of the Arts Coming Soon! College Acceptances Congratulations to the seniors on their growing list of college acceptances! Check out the updated list here. The entire Ursuline community commends them for their hard work and their diligence throughout the college application process.
