May 14, 2021 Community Voices: A Message from the Principal Dear Ursuline Families,
It's hard to believe, but we are just three short weeks away from the end of classes for the 2020-2021 academic year. As the days grow longer and the weather becomes warmer, we are relieved to be emerging from the COVID pandemic and gradually returning to normal cycles of life and learning. This change is very much welcomed, and I am happy to say that we have been able to enjoy some spring semester activities and traditions that the COVID lockdown kept us from engaging in last year.
I am very proud of all of our students who, on a daily basis, have done their very best in the classroom, as well as on the field, court, or stage, and in the service of others. The energy which they have brought to campus over the past several weeks has been amazing! Additionally, I am gratified to have witnessed how the class of 2021 led their peers and capped off their time at Ursuline with a great senior year. I wish them all much happiness and success as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.
Within the next two weeks we'll be celebrating the achievements of students being inducted into honors societies and holding a beloved tradition of an 8th grade move-up ceremony. There is much to look forward to and be grateful for during our remaining time together this year. Let's stay safe and strong, Ursuline!
Sincerely, Mary-Kate Tracy Principal
