Community Voices: The Mass for Justice and Peace |
|
|
Yesterday we hosted a joyful inaugural Mass for Justice and Peace with celebrant Father Oscar Pratt. The Mass will become an annual tradition for our school to affirm our commitment to DEI initiatives, to encourage meaningful conversation, to inspire change, and to spread messages of love and support for everyone in our community. Fr. Pratt said, "As children of God, we need to continue to work towards the perfect peace." He reminded us that we will be much more successful reaching that perfect peace when we work together as one family of humanity. To view the Mass, please use this link. Fr. Pratt's moving homily can be found by advancing to minute 21:50. |
