Did someone say Barn Babies? Well, the students heard it and they are working hard to bring back this much-loved, fun, and joyful event to campus this spring. In order to do so, they're having grade-level fundraisers to support this year's Day of Giving and we hope you share in the growing excitement as well! Please join us on Tuesday, March 14 when students, parents, alumnae, grandparents, faculty, and staff will be All in for Ursuline during our third annual Day of Giving. We need your support now more than ever! Your gift will ensure the best experience for our students, be an investment in our teachers, and help toward making tuition affordable for all! We have ambitious goals: • 750 donations over the course of the day; • $225,000 raised from our entire community; • Increased support from our parents and alumnae; • Engaged students who are joyful about giving back to Ursuline. And did someone say Ice Cream Truck? Please join the students in the joy of giving – if 150 parents donate to the Day of Giving, we'll bring an ice cream truck to campus. Let's be honest – the kids (and faculty/staff) love it! So, keep your eyes out for emails and social posts as we get closer to the Day of Giving. I hope you will join me in being All in for Ursuline. As always, thank you for supporting Ursuline by way of your time, talents, and treasure. With gratitude, |

SENIOR RETREAT WEEKEND Members of the Class of 2023 went on the Senior Retreat weekend at Craigville Retreat Center, spending time together and bonding before the countdown to graduation! The theme of the weekend, "The Spirit of St. Angela," focused on St. Angela as a pilgrim, a community builder, a role model, a peacemaker, and her ability to relate and unify. They were fortunate to celebrate Mass with Fr. John Dolan on Saturday night. |

| FAMILY DANCE! Photo and article by Claire Maloney '25 Last Friday, Ursuline middle school students spent the evening with special guests at the Family Dance. Whether motivation for going to the dance was initiated by a chance to dress to the nines or show off some moves on the dance floor, a memorable time was had by all. Sparkly gold decorations and hot pink accents transformed Angela Hall into a glittery disco scene. Dance moves spanned over decades and multiple generations, and they did not disappoint. Students and guests enjoyed watching some of the parents join in on the dance circles, and the highlight dance move of the night was undoubtedly the worm. Attire was fit for the dance floor, with many students sporting sparkly dresses to match the decor. The Nike Blazers, high top sneakers, were the overwhelmingly most popular shoe of the night, but some girls made fashion statements with heels or even cowgirl boots! A shimmering gold wall and pink balloon arch became the perfect backdrop for taking photos of the night and documenting the celebratory evening. It truly was a special (or roaring) evening in bear country. |

THE SPRING SEASON BEGINS The Spring tryout schedule is up on the website. If you have any questions please check with the athletics office. IMPORTANT REMINDER There are MANY students who have not turned in all their forms to be eligible for tryouts. For example, Lacrosse has 60 girls who said they are interested in playing, but only 37 have all their paperwork turned in. The same is true for every other sport. We have been reminding the students now for over a month. If the paperwork is not in they will not be allowed to participate until it is. If you are not sure, check with Kim Munsey. Once tryouts are completed and teams are selected, there will be parent/guardian information meetings for each sport. Some parents/guardians have asked when the fall tryouts will begin. Fall tryouts for all sports: cross country, field hockey, soccer, swimming and diving, and volleyball will begin the week of August 21st. The exact day and time for each sport will be finalized by the middle of May. Any questions, contact Mr. O'Connor. Please check the athletic calendar for details on all upcoming events. |
FITNESS CENTER SCHEDULE All open times are for any students, faculty, or staff who would like to work out. We ask that all who are attending use the sign-in sheet. |
Week of March 13th: Open to all Monday 3 pm to 5 pm, Tuesday 3 pm to 4pm, and Wednesday 3 pm to 5 pm. Closed Thursday and Friday. |
