Parent Guild
The Ursuline Parent Guild is a volunteer organization committed to advancing the mission of the school to families and friends of Ursuline Academy. Its purpose is three-fold:
- Encouraging volunteer support for the many Ursuline activities throughout our school year.
- A social network for parents to foster a supportive, informed, mission-driven community.
- Fostering an Ursuline community that welcomes parents /guardians at all levels of participation.

The Ursuline Care Cupboard for Faculty and Staff is back!
Thank you to all who have contributed!
The Parent Guild assists in managing the Ursuline Care Cupboard, which supports our faculty and staff members. The Care Cupboard, initiated in January 2022, operates by having families sign up to provide specific items each month, by grade, for the faculty and staff lounges on campus. This initiative serves as a thoughtful gesture to express gratitude towards our faculty and staff throughout the academic year. Contributions are collected at the main office the first week of each month.

The Ursuline faculty and staff express their gratitude to the Parent Guild for the thoughtful and delightful soup luncheon provided during Catholic Schools Week at the end of January! Every aspect was impeccable, and it was truly a joy to savor this meal on a chilly winter day.
Join the Fore the Girls Golf Committee!
Would you like to get involved in our upcoming annual Fore the Girls golf tournament? We are currently in the early stages of organizing this year's event scheduled for Monday, June 17th. If golf isn't your thing, don't worry! We welcome community members to participate in various aspects of the tournament such as sponsorships, player recruitment, player gifts, day-of logistics, and more. Become a Class Parent Representative
A wonderful opportunity to get to know your daughter’s classmates and fellow parents better! As a Class Parent Rep, you will help to create a bond between parents in your daughter's grade. Class parents coordinate a few social events for parents and/or students and serve as a liaison between parents and Ursuline for information, questions, and opportunities to serve the community.

Hospitality Opportunities
Parents assist with refreshments, registration, and greeting guests at various school-sponsored events throughout the school year. This also includes an appreciation event for faculty and staff. Opportunities are posted below:
Become a Parent Ambassador
Join a group of enthusiastic Ursuline parents to serve as part of our welcome team and as a community resource for new families, to help promote the school on social media and private school review sites, to provide testimonials and word-of-mouth endorsements in the greater community, and to volunteer at on-campus admissions and enrollment events.
Campus Beautification / Decor Opportunities
Volunteers assist with various seasonal projects throughout the school year, such as decorating the lobby areas at Christmas.

An Evening for Ursuline - We Live with Faith, Courage, and Joy!

Our signature event! This event supports the scholarship program at Ursuline, allowing the Academy to provide both need- and merit-based financial assistance to deserving young women. Parents, alumnae, grandparents, trustees, faculty, staff, and friends participate. Volunteers bring their talent to help manage many aspects of this fundraising event including sponsorship outreach, decor, auction, event participation, and more!
