Tuition Assistance for Returning Students

FACTS Tuition Management Ursuline Academy uses the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment tool to guide financial aid decisions. The Academy awards aid based on the apparent need as calculated by FACTS and other factors. The Academy typically does not provide 100% of the apparent need and in most cases, significantly less.

When applying for tuition assistance, please use your 2022 tax forms and W2s as you complete the FACTS application.

Procedures

  • For Academic Year 2024-2025, the deadline is January 15, 2024.
    (Please note that FACTS requires two weeks from the submission date to verify your application.)
  • In order to be considered for need-based assistance, families must complete the online application with their 2022 tax returns, schedules and 2021 W2's.
  • Families who derive any part of their income from self-employment or receive no W2 forms must also provide copies of their final 2022 tax return.
  • Tuition Assistance decisions for completed applications will be released to returning families beginning March 2, 2024, and then on a rolling basis and based on availability of funding.
