Options for commuting to Ursuline include carpool, bus routes jointly sponsored by Ursuline and some of our neighboring boys' schools, the town of Dedham bus (Dedham residents only), and public transportation.

  • Ursuline Bus: Communities served by the UA bus include Braintree, Brockton, Foxboro, Franklin, Hingham,  Mansfield, Medfield, Milton, Natick, Newton, North Attleboro, Norwood, Sharon,  Stoughton, Walpole, Waltham, West Roxbury,  and Weymouth. Please note: Bus transportation for the 2020-2021 school year has been scaled back significantly due to the pandemic.
  • Public Transportation: Although Ursuline is not directly on a public transportation route, the school assists students by providing shuttle service from the Dedham Corporate Center train station on the Franklin line of the commuter rail.
  • Carpool: At the beginning of the school year, families receive a directory of Ursuline families and their respective towns. Given Ursuline's tight-knit community and the variety of towns represented, there are numerous opportunities to organize carpools. Feel free to call the Main Office should you need assistance forming a carpool.
