Ursuline Academy Transforms Academic Resource Center
Ursuline Academy has transformed its Academic Resource Center (ARC) into a welcoming, purpose-built space that supports students’ diverse learning needs. Made possible in part by a generous matching grant from the McNeice Foundation, the renovation reflects Ursuline’s commitment to providing every student with the resources and individualized support she needs to thrive.
“The renovation of the Academic Resource Center reflects Ursuline’s commitment to meeting students where they are and helping them recognize their full potential,” said Liz Jenson ’05, Academic Resource Specialist. “The new space provides a welcoming environment where students can access individualized support, build academic skills, and develop confidence in their abilities. We hope it sends a clear message: We believe in you, we value how you learn, and we are committed to helping you discover just how capable you are.”
The redesigned ARC features dedicated study areas, enhanced testing environments, private office space, a conference room, and a reading lounge. The transformation is part of Ursuline Academy’s continued investment in an educational experience that recognizes each student’s strengths and supports her individual growth. By creating a space that is both functional and inviting, Ursuline reinforces its commitment to academic excellence, personalized learning, and the development of strong, confident young women.
