New Student & Family Welcome Reception
Wednesday, June 3, 2026 5:30 – 7:30pm
Our welcome program includes the opportunity for newly enrolled students to meet classmates as well as student leaders, peer ministers and mentors. Working in small groups, students will explore campus and enjoy fun team-building activities while competing for prizes!
Parents/guardians are invited to a Parent Reception for the initial hour, where you’ll connect with current parents as well as administrators. Hear from our Head of School, Ms. Kate Levesque ’77, on plans for the summer and the start of school in September.
Parents will rejoin their daughters for a family cookout on the field outside the Tea Room. We look forward to celebrating the start of this exciting journey together, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Discover Ursuline! Open House: October 18, 2026 ~ 11am - 2pm
Join us for our Open House to learn why an Ursuline education is the best investment for your daughter! Hear from faculty and staff, program directors, coaches, and club moderators, and attend hands-on presentations in our iHub and science labs.
A student-led tour of our scenic 28 acre campus will give you insight into our school community and the value of the Ursuline experience!

Shadow Visits for Admissions Candidates
Visit Days are available for admissions candidates on select dates throughout the fall and early winter.
Dates are posted in the Ravenna portal under events and families should register there, or contact admissions@ursulineacademy.net for assistance.
Discover Ursuline! Information Night: December 3, 2026
Our “Discover Ursuline!” Information Night is a great opportunity to explore Ursuline Academy further, especially if you can’t attend or may have missed our Fall Open House.
The program provides a general introduction and overview of the Ursuline experience, but also includes an interactive format where students have the chance to meet current students, and families can engage individually with department chairs and program directors. Campus tours are also available.

We welcome you and your family for a private campus tour throughout the year, and we are available during the summer months.

During the tour, you will be paired with a member of our admissions team to learn more about our academic and co-curricular offerings, the admissions process, and what sets the Ursuline experience apart. You will also take a private tour of our beautiful 28-acre campus and facilities.
