Tuition Information

2026-2027 Tuition:  $32,850

Additional costs may include: 

• Bus service: The cost of round-trip bus service for 2026-27 is $1,800. 
• Textbooks: Approximately $500 – $800 annually. Costs vary by grade level, course selection, and availability of used vs. new books.
• Uniform: Approximately $400-500 for a new uniform.
• Lunch: Lunch and snacks are available to purchase in our Tea Room for a nominal amount. Food service is provided by Rebecca’s Culinary Group. 
• Technology: All students are required to have an iPad. Specifications and purchasing information are provided for new students.
• Athletics: Uniforms are provided for all sports except Track & Field and Swimming & Diving, which require students to purchase their own.
• AP Exams: Every student enrolled in an Advanced Placement course is required to sit for the exam each spring. Each exam costs $99.
• Trips: Nearly all field trips are included in tuition. Certain optional domestic and international trips may involve additional costs, which will be communicated to families in advance.

FACTS Tuition Management handles all billing and payment processing for Ursuline Academy.  Families may choose from several payment plan options.

Tuition Refund Plan

The A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) provides families with coverage to help meet their financial obligation to Ursuline Academy in the event of a qualifying withdrawal, according to the terms of the policy. 

For the 2026-27 academic year, the premium is 1.2% of the tuition, less any scholarships or tuition assistance, with a maximum premium of $394 per student based on the full $32,850 tuition. Participation in the TRP is mandatory for all families except those enrolled in the single-installment payment plan. While optional for families choosing this plan, TRP coverage is highly recommended.
