On select dates from October - February, we invite students to campus for an up-close look at the Ursuline experience. Take a class with our dedicated faculty, attend a club meeting during activity period, create something fun in our innovation lab, and have lunch with current students to learn more about curriculum, activities, sports and arts as well as service and leadership opportunities.
Prospective 7th & 8th Grade Visit Days: October 23rd and November 14th
The Visit Day is our version of a shadow day during the application season, and it runs from 9:00am-12:30pm. Parents are also invited to come in at the beginning of our day, to hear from the Head of School and Principal about our mission, curriculum and school culture. Once students head off to class, we invite parents to join us for coffee to chat with other members of our administrative team, including the athletic director, head of school and college counseling, dean of students, and arts director as well as members of the admissions team.
Prospective 9th Grade or Transfer Shadow Visits
Candidates for admission to grade 9-11 are invited to shadow on select days throughout the year, or by appointment. You will have a host student, will sit in on classes with faculty, attend a club activity and eat lunch in our Tea Room. When students head off to class, we invite parents to join us for coffee to chat with other members of our administrative team, including the athletic director, head of school and college counseling, dean of students, and arts director as well as members of the admissions team.
To schedule a visit or any grade, please log in to your account on Ravenna-hub.com, or create an account, and you can register for a Visit Day under "Steps." While we encourage visits for all prospective students, please note that the Visit Day is specifically required for all applicants to our 9th - 11th grade.
