John Forte has been Ursuline Academy’s varsity soccer coach for 17 years with a record of 186 wins, 106 losses, and 32 ties. While coaching for Ursuline, John was awarded the 2018–2019 MIAA Girls Soccer Coach of the Year, coached his team to the 2013 Division 4 South Championships, and was named 2012 Boston Globe Division 3 Coach of the Year. In addition to coaching the Ursuline Bears, John spends much of his free time volunteering for the Saint Vincent De Paul Society out of St. Mary’s Parish in Franklin, MA, Knights of Columbus 1847 Council, Franklin SEPAC President & VP, and coaching Franklin youth soccer, basketball, baseball, and softball. John is Director of Operations at Atrenne Computing Systems, and he enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking, and freshwater fishing. John is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School and Babson College. His daughter Alicia Forte is a proud Ursuline alumna of 2006 and his brother Chris Forte has been the junior varsity soccer coach for the past nine years.
